Pauline Mitchell's career at CKOC began as a intern from Cathedral Girls High School in the late 1960's. In 1985, she became the News Director for both CKOC and K-Lite, making her the first woman news director in Hamilton.

A true radio pioneer, Pauline discusses some of the challenges she faced as a women in radio in the 1970's. This includes a story involving The Hamilton Club and Prince Philip.

Today, she runs Pauline Mitchell Communications.
